Besides that both of these watch are made of Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) with hardness & excellent abrasion resistance and also equipped with chronograph and water sensor that able to measure water depth up to 50m.

3. Seiko

Seiko SNM011K "Black Samurai". This is one of my favaurite diver's watch. It is not available in the Malaysian Market and any place as Seiko had stop its production. Eversince, it became a collector's item. Inspired by japanese samurai warriors this watch is truely a symbolic timepiece. As we can see at the watch dail, it states that "Mov't Malaysia" meaning, the movement of the watch is made or assembled in Malaysia, which is Seiko's rare caliber 7s25, a  superb automatic movement. This is an outstanding diver's watch with 200m water resistant, with superluminova technology by seiko itself. One of the watch of my dreams. I hope to have one for my collection one day.

2. Longines.

Longines Lindbergh Atlantic Voyager. This watch is a tribute for an American aviator charles Lindbergh. This watch is equipped with a tachymeter for measuring speeds up to 1000km/h. To me it is an elegant timepiece with it's own in house movement. It is an absolute classic and elegant timepiece. I love the artwork of this watch along with its simplicity and horological aspects of this watch.

1. Seiko

Seiko sportura SNL035P1 kinetic chronograph. On top of my list is this seiko sportura kinetic chronograph...you must wonder, why this watch? It is because the technology that this watch possesses. To me this is one outstanding watch that is absoluty eye catching with a high performance time keeping stopwatches. This timepiece is powered by the movement of your body and equipped with up to 5 months energy storage. Besides that this watch also has 200m water resistance along with a screw down crown, Screw see-through case back and also equipped with a scratch proof sapphire cystal glass.

But wait......there is more, my ultimate dream watch is:

SEIKO Spring Drive Chronograph (Cal. 5R86) Limited Edition.

This is my dream watch. A true precision engineering masterpiece. A watch inspired by japanese katana sword.

The Loser part 1

The History:

In my 2nd year 1st semester my weight is 92kg in January 2008 and being in that fat body is very hard, I have low self esteem and lack of confidence of myself. Then in my 2nd year 2nd semester after the fucked up part of my life had over, on October 2008 , I’ve dropped my weight to 72kg! in 3rd year 1st semester my weight increases and I’ve maintained it within 73-75kg. in 3rd year 2nd year Semester, I had my internship back in Sarawak and I had enjoyed my life so much that I gain weight. Towards the end of my internship my weight is 88kg.

Now.

After my internship I came back to UTP and once I’ve reached UTP, after I unpacked my stuff, I measure my weight, my weight is still 88kg! That is such a humiliation, I used to weight 72kg 2 years back and from that point I set my goals before 26th September,2010 my weight will reduced to at least 75kg at least. Unfortunately I am not determined enough to achieve the 75kg target and my weight now is 78kg. I’m 3kg away for my target. The achievement is such a huge disappointment to me. However I determined to lose mo weight. I do not want to caught up in body full of fat that restricts my movements, I want to increase my confidence level and most importantly I want to feel good about myself.

The Target:

The target is that in four(4) months from now, prior to my birthday I would like to have my 72kg back at least or lower. I want my weight to be ideal and it’s my 2011 present.

Let’s do this!!!! Come on Phil!!
